Very disappointing. After selling to Michael Kors the quality of the clothing went way downhill. I would know as I have over 100 items. I bought a $2900 dollar robe which is gorgeous with matching pajama pants which totaled to about $3500 dollars, again this was one of my extravagant purchases before the michael kors sale of the company. The garments were magnificent prior , beautiful silk, prints and style. I bought about five items after the sale and the prints bled, went from dry clean only to somehow you can wash the stuff in the washing machine ..... sketchy. The zippers snapped and threading and nicking was everywhere . Unfortunately I no longer have interest unless I purchase through another retailer with beautiful customer service and return policy. The employees at the store are truthfully very mean and delusional when it comes to their high paying clients and any client in general. I was in there every week shopping and now I have been completely turnt off. oh well. dolce and gabbana here I come.

I am shocked & appalled over the lack of customer service at Versace Online - I purchased a pair of earrings which were delivered to an incorrect address & its been almost six weeks & no one has replied to my six complaint emails or returned any of my phone-calls!
I honestly would expect this service from H&M, but not Versace - clearly a low end company with terrible staff after all, working on 'manana, manana' time. I swear I will never buy anything from such a godforsaken drip of a company again!

Very disappointed with with my first visit to the Versace store in Westfield W12

We went to the Westfield shepherds bush store on Sunday and was browsing the scarves on display. There was one in particular that my mum liked. The shop assistant said that the scarves were on sale with 50% off. She picked one on display. I asked if they had a non-display version for sale and was advised No. My mum was happy to buy the display, particularly with the store promotion at 50% off. The shop assistant went off to wrap it up and my mum paid and left the store. When she got home, she range me very concerned that on opening the packaging she realized that the assistant had boxed up a different scarve to the one we believed we had purchased. This scarve was of a different design, shorter in length and appeared to be a ‘second’ in quality terms. My mum returned to the store the next day to resolve the issue - to secure the scarve she thought she had purchased. She was unable to resolve this with the manager who was very abusive and said that he could only give her a credit note.
This is not a case of buyer’s remorse in the usual sense - she wants to have a scarve, but not the one packaged; she wants the one she thought she had bought.
If that scarve was never in the sale, then the store assistant should have explained that to us and not misled us in any way.
The store staff intentionally set out to deceive us which is unfair.
A store to be avoided at all costs.

Customers beware this company is a scam…

Customers beware this company is a scam I ordered a pair of heels, as well as a dress, did not receive either of the items when I tried to get my money back the company provided a tracking number that showed the item was delivered but that is not the tracking number that was provided to me. Please be aware do not I repeat do not order from this company!!!!

Luxury Experience

Very satisfied with my order. Versace gives a unique luxury experience, the experience Versace gives feels like a first-class experience! Very happy with the sunglasses with top-notch quality. Will definitely order again.

Terrible to say the least

Ordered a pair of LaMedusa Naplak pumps.Tried them on and walked around my bedroom and realized they were to big. Sent them back the next day and customer service would not give me my money back or give me a new pair 1/2 size smaller. Told me they were used. Ridiculous, Gucci, Fendi, JimmyChoo and Chanel have always given me better customer service. Company is a joke. Take your business elsewhere. They are terrible and do not answer e-mails.. I felt like I was dealing with Walmart

Literally the worst service I’ve ever…

Literally the worst service I’ve ever received. Incredibly long phone calls and emails for nothing to be resolved. I would never ever buy from them again.
They blame “the warehouse” for sending a gift with no gift message, and many receipts! To the person the present was for. They are rude, unhelpful, and don’t listen on the phone. I wrote a letter of complaint but they refused point blank to give me a postal address. Horrible people.

Terrible customer service!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! And they don't give a crap about your order! On top of that they are at fault! Shame on Versace to allow this to be their face!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! The customer care team are rude and just not interested.
Had various issues with shopping and they are just not interested in helping.
I would never order from them online again.
I still do not have a refund for the parcel that I sent back 5 weeks ago that is stuck in customs.
I also do not have a refund for the second parcel that hasn’t got to me!
I have called them and UPS so many times. I am doing the customer care teams job for them. I should bill them for my time!

Terrible Customer Service

I have had such a bad experience shopping with Versace. I wish I had read the other reviews prior to now.
I put in an order at the beginning of the week and my order was confirmed. I never heard anything after that. I looked at my account and it said that my order had been completed.
I initially sent an enquiry asking what the status was and wondering why I had no updates on my order. I never got a reply.
I called their contact line and the lady simply told me that my order had been cancelled and she didn't know why.
I was never offered a sincere apology, an alternative or solution. 100% DONE with Versace

Very disappointing

I have bought a pair of sunglasses where I have lost a little piece of temple decor. I wrote to costumer service, but they sent me to Luxottica. Luxottica has sent me the wrong item and the costumer service is non-existing so I wrote Versace again but no answer. I was expecting more from a high-end brand.

Absolutely terrible, TERRIBLE service

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is a shambles. Why not just send out return forms with the orders? Instead you have to email - repeatedly - to get an answer from them (which you rarely do). Absolutely shambolic. Customer service agents don't come back to you and you have to tell them how to do their job. It's not hard guys - it's just sending some returns forms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
